You can update your profile details by following these steps:

Web Browser

1. Go to 'My Account' at the top right corner of your homepage, and choose 'My account'. You should land on the Profile page.

2. To edit your Username, click the Edit button. Enter your First and Last name. Save your changes.

3. To edit your Mobile number, click the Update button. Enter your mobile number with the Country code. Save your changes.

Mobile Apps

1. Tap the profile icon at the bottom corner of your home screen.

2. Tap 'Edit Profile'.

3. Select the detail you wish to update (Username, email or mobile number). Tap on 'Change'.

4. Key in the new details and save your changes.

Why can’t I update my mobile number?

If you're unable to update your mobile number, it's likely because you're logged in via a social account (Facebook, Google, or Apple). To update your mobile number:

• Log out of your account.
• Log back in using the Email option instead of a social login.
• If you don’t have a password set up, click on 'Forgot My Password' and follow the instructions to create one.
• Once logged in, follow the steps above and update your mobile number.
