If you do not see benefits after subscribing to beIN SPORTS CONNECT, please check that you are logged into the correct account with the subscription:
- Log out of your account.
- Log back into the beIN SPORTS CONNECT account you subscribed with.
To locate the beIN SPORTS CONNECT account you have subscribed with, check your email inbox for a receipt email.
iOS Devices
If you purchased a beIN SPORTS CONNECT subscription on your iOS device and do not see the benefits, it is possible that the Apple transaction is not linked to your beIN SPORTS CONNECT account.
To link your Apple in-app purchase to your beIN SPORTS CONNECT account, follow these steps:
- Ensure you are logged in with the Apple ID you used to subscribe on your device.
- Log in to your beIN SPORTS CONNECT account.
- On the bottom menu, tap the profile icon at the bottom right corner.
- Tap 'Subscription'.
- Tap 'Restore purchase'.
